What is RolandShop.com Affiliate Marketing?
It’s an online advertising channel where advertisers (online merchants) pay publishers (independent parties) to promote products or services on their website with the intent of selling products. This type of marketing rewards affiliates for each customer brought in by their promotion similar to a ‘finder’s fee’, where individuals who introduce new clients to a business are compensated. In this case, we pay you when the introduction results in a sale! This makes it a low-risk, high-reward situation for both of us.
Sign up for the Roland Affiliate Program using the link below. We have partnered with LeadDyno, an affiliate marketing company, which will allow you to track your RolandShop.com sales and commissions from purchases that you generate through your affiliate code.
What are the RolandShop.com commission rates?
The RolandShop.com Affiliate Program commission rates are subject to change. Rate details can also be found on the Affiliate Dashboard, which will be available to you when you join the program.
We have two levels of affiliate. Once you become a Roland Affiliate (level 1), you have the chance to become Roland Marketer (level 2). At the Roland Marketer level, you will have the opportunity to receive higher commission rates and will be listed on our website to increase your sales.

*Customers that use your affiliate code will be rewarded with 5% discount on their total purchase. (Excluding parts sales)
** Commission is not given on gift card purchases.
Purchases made with a gift card will be counted toward your affiliate credit and your customers can use your code to make their purchase.
How will RolandShop.com communicate with me?
As a publisher in the Roland Affiliate Program you will receive frequent communication to ensure you are aware of our most current offers and promotions.
- Your first communication will arrive from the Roland Affiliate Team, welcoming you to the program once your application is accepted.
- After you have joined the program, you will receive the Affiliate Newsletter by email. It includes our top offers and promotions for the week.

To ensure the program grows and our publishers are successful, we may contact you to build our relationship, optimize our placements, or participate in a survey or sales contest. We value you and want this to be a successful partnership!
How will I find out about sales and offers?
Our weekly newsletter will have all of the information you need to promote sales.
What tools will RolandShop.com provide me with to promote the products (e.g., product catalog, banners, text links)?
We will provide you with promotional banners, text links, product reviews, and videos. You are welcome to use any and all of these tools to promote products on your website. Your thoughts and feedback regarding promotional materials is greatly appreciated. If you have ideas, please let us know!
When will I get paid?
You will be paid monthly. Your first RolandShop.com payment for sales will come 60 days after your first sale. All commission will be paid through PayPal with no minimum.
When will RolandShop.com orders post to my publisher account?
RolandShop.com offers quick reporting. Publishers can view sales/orders that have been placed almost immediately. Please note that monthly payments can vary from publisher reporting due to cancellations, returns, and removal of fraudulent orders.
How does Best Buy account for returns or cancellations?Returns and cancelled orders are processed daily. The return/cancellation rate is low since RolandShop.com only submits shipped orders into the system.

Yes, RolandShop.com pays commissions on qualifying orders placed through a mobile phone or tablet as long as the customer uses an approved LinkShare tracking link or your affiliate code.
